Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tiny Chef Show gear as much as the Chef loves apple pie, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our tiny kitchen headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
